Our History
The group was founded in 1935 by Dr Harold Starr, who was later joined by Dr Pope Holliday. The practice has changed over the years but has always been led by well-trained, caring physicians focused on maintaining the highest standards of pediatric care for the children of the Chattanooga area. The practice is honored by the dedicated careers of Drs Gary Meredith, Max Bryant, Peter Rawlings, Josh Smith, Beth Carter, and Virginia Rodgers, who are now enjoying a well-earned retirement. Our current pediatricians are honored to have worked alongside and learned from these great doctors.
