Dr. Bryn Meredith

Dr. Bryn Meredith is a native of East Tennessee, born at Erlanger Hospital and raised on Signal Mountain. He attended Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, where he played football for four years before taking a year off and meeting his wife, Lori. He went on to attend medical school at the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM) at Virginia Tech in 2013. During that time, he was commissioned into the United States Navy and completed his pediatric training at Naval Medical Center San Diego, where he also served an additional year as chief resident. Following residency, he was stationed at Naval Hospital Yokosuka in Japan for three years before leaving the military and returning to Chattanooga to continue his career in pediatrics.

Dr. Meredith is passionate about working with children and building long-term relationships with families. While he treasured his time serving in the military, the transient nature of military life made it difficult to form lasting connections with patients. Pediatric Diagnostic Associates holds a special place in his heart—not only was his father a pediatrician there for 42 years, but it is also Chattanooga’s oldest pediatric practice, where he now has the privilege of caring for fourth-generation patients. He looks forward to guiding children from birth through young adulthood, helping them grow and thrive along the way.

Dr. Meredith lives on Signal Mountain with his wife, Lori, whom he married in 2011. They have three children—Harper, born in 2016 in San Diego; Greyson, born in 2018 in Japan; and Hayes, born in 2022 in Chattanooga. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and spending time outdoors with his children. He and his wife love to travel and look forward to exploring the world again as their children get older.
